Project Life | Week Two

Oh, hi there! You're here to see if you won the big Project Life Weekly Planner giveaway? Well, you'll have to endure my Project Life Week Two photos first. ;)

Oh man, my love affair with the Canon Pixma Pro-100 printer continues. What a luxury to be able to print my photos at home in just the right sizes and configurations. When I printed other places I always would print way too many photos with no real plan of where they would fit in. IF they would fit in - I have a container of "leftover" photos that just sits on a shelf. I don't have the heart to throw them out. The money wasted...

Printing at home can potentially be slightly more expensive and it forces me to plan out my layouts a bit more carefully and print only what I need. I only had 2 little 2X2 photos "leftover" from this printing session. Let's do the math:

  • I printed 17 photos on one 13x19 sheet of Canon Luster photo paper
  • Purchased the paper from Amazon for $41.95 for a pack of 50 sheets.
  • That's just $0.84 per 13"x19" sheet.
  • So $0.84 divided by 17 photos equals just $.04 per photo that is JUST the right size for my layout.
  • That's just about priceless in my book!

On to Week Two's layout:

And now, the moment you've all been waiting for <<insert drumroll here>>
